Darrell started his career as a chef in 1995 at the age of 19 working as a commis chef at the 5 star Vienna Marriott Hotel in Vienna which in turn led to positions in Frankfurt and the kitchen of Hostellerie Crillon le Brave in Provence, France.
Upon returning to the UK, Darrell worked his way through several award winning restaurants including the Old Bridge at Huntingdon and Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa to name a few. As head chef at the George in Spaldwick he was awarded with a main entry in the Good Food Guide along with only 4 others in Cambridgeshire.
Now with 20+ years experience under his belt, his knowledge of food and relationship with local producers will ensure a the best quality meal every time and `peace of mind` for your event.
